Do you think that some heterodox economic policy was applied in Brazil before the current crisis?
ReplyDeleteThere was some effort after the Great Recession. The so-called PAC (Plano de Aceleração do Crecimento). Expansionary fiscal policy. That's it. Mind you many within the Workers' Party remained convinced of orthodox views on fiscal policy, and some still remain.
